I got to my appointment on time but had to wait 15 minutes because a manager had the shop girl in a meeting. I had to literally get her attention and pointed at my watch so she could excuse herself from the meeting.

I was at Viva Mitsubishi, El Paso, TX to fix a factory recall service. I have observed that they are not only punctual with their appointment but also provide courteous and prompt services. Showed up to drop off my vehicle for a recall at 8 am. They called about 2 hours later letting me know it was ready to be picked up, I didn’t show up till about 4:30 pm not knowing the service dept had closed at 1 pm. I waived down one of the guys on the lot and the helped me get my vehicle and keys even though it was closed. Thanks for the help.

My oil change was fast and the mechanic found two pieces of metal in my rear tire. They removed both pieces without any additional charges.
